Twitter Vs Facebook and My Generation (EP)
Greetings Twitter,
I never knew you were another form of government on its own, where different minds tend to tackle some issues at a sporadical rate —am i to believe they are unanimous practitioners for the "Freedom of Speech Democracy"? —Unanimous Political Party(UPP).
So grateful to her generation for coming around, you've been the only surviving tool of freedom in terms of pouring out our minds and thoughts without being afeared for any reason that may occur to our moral compasses at our various geographical base(s). You've made us engage in politics without us being a featherbed politicians because every tweet updates us better over every news headlines on our indigenous channels that has unknowingly decided to serve us yesterday's news over and over again that then turn a mundane routine —we are punchy feeling already with your stale format of broadcast, poof to all ye media circus.
Thankful is my generation for letting us be each other's tutor of senses, us being an imbiber of speaking as supposed both on social media and in public. You've never denied to us what it is like to have an organised fun even at the course of each of us learning one thing or the other.
Every tweet gives us a lesson to take home on daily basis, gives to us a priceless news update even before they appear on Tv screens and newspaper front pages, widens our horizons without minimizing a google browser app at the edge of our running task to confirm how true on wikihow and wikipedia.
We've come to show gratitude for making yourself accessibly available; remain ever trustworthy as you've been thus far.
Hello Facebook!
It would not be well said of my generation to have visited the social media platforms without coming at your doorstep to render words of pleasantries at least, as an atom of acknowledgement. You've been our first home right from time, that has most memories of what we used to be many moons back.
We run to you in high celerity at any spotted opportunity back then to submit our photos to you without asking for a dime even when we choose to come back for them. Blessings to you, for never disappointing us in every of our approach(es) towards you but before my generation leaves, we'd like to ask you a question, Facebook;
Why did you give unsolicited users turn hackers, the right over our accounts in recency? —What happened to the trust you promised us?
Safe!
Olawuyi, Blessing Ishola.
